Key Responsibilities

Create, implement and drive a global internal communications strategy to improve employee engagement, support organisational goals, and increase visibility of key messages across the company.
Lead communication strategies to address key business restructures and M&A activity.
Collaborate with the leadership team to plan and develop meaningful engagement opportunities, including Town Halls, leadership meetings, and other internal company-wide forums.
Lead the development and execution of internal communication strategies that effectively embed the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and core company behaviors into all aspects of the employee experience, ensuring alignment with LBR’s culture, values, and business objectives.
Stay on point with key global events and geopolitical news and manage all internal communications in response to crisis situations.
Manage the Hub, our internal intranet, tracking key engagement metrics.
Support LBR’s employee affinity networks with their internal event communications.
Manage the internal communications rhythm, holding stakeholders accountable for deadlines.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

5+ years minimum in an internal communication management role
Experience working within global companies
Extensive project management experience, with a track record of delivering internal communication campaigns around M&A activity
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to drive engagement and measure success.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging content.
