Stage 1

Phone Screen

Once we've reviewed your application, one of or Talent Partners will call you to learn more about your skills and experience. This usually lasts between 15 and 30 minutes.
Stage 3

1st Stage Interview

Once our Talent Partner has been in touch with you, if they believe you are a potential fit for the role, we will arrange an interview with you. This 1st stage interview will be held via video call on Microsoft Teams. This interview will include you, the hiring manager and potentially another member of the LBR team.
Stage 4

2nd Stage Interview

If successful after the 1st stage interview, we may invite you for another interview to gauge if you are right for the role. This interview may be over video call or in person.
This interview will include you, the hiring manager and another member of the LBR team.
Stage 5

Offer

If you have been successful throughout our hiring process, you will receive an offer of employment by a member of our People & Talent Team.
Stage 6

Hired
